Lemak Chili Padi is a traditional Malay dish originated from the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan. With Chilli Padi as its main ingredient, this rich gravy of coconut cream is best savoured with a bowl of fragrant white rice, bringing out the aromatic flavours of the classic concoction.
